Return / Refund Policy - Promotional Returns
Please be aware that when returning an item purchased through a promotion offer, for example, ‘buy 2 save 20%’, should a portion of that order be returned, the promotional amount will be recalculated and reflected via your refund.
For example; if two t-shirts cost £45 each, totalling £90, and a 20% (buy 2 save 20%) offer is applied, the total paid is £72 (£90 - 20% = £72). If one t-shirt is then returned, the refund total would be £27 (not half the order value at £36), as only one t-shirt ended up being purchased, meaning the buy 2 save 20% offer is not valid in this case.
This policy applies to all offers, and should there be tiered offerings, we’ll accurately recalculate your refund should you qualify for a lower offer.
This policy also applies to promotional shipping offers. For instance, if you qualify for free shipping but return part of your order, lowering your total order value below the free shipping threshold, we’ll deduct shipping charges at our current rates from your refund.
This policy also applies to promotional free gift offers. For instance, if you qualify for a free gift when you purchase 4 or more items, but return part of that order, lowering your total order value below the free gift threshold, and don't return the free gift with your returning items, if you then fall below that threshold, you'll be changed for the free gift at its retail price, minus any multi buy discounts you may still be eligable for at the point of return.
